1. Privacy Policy – We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

2. Payment Flow and Delivery Policy – For projects under £500 we like to receive payment up front and in full. Projects over £500 we are happy to work on a 50% up front 50% on completion payment arrangement. All of our products and services are digital goods and will be sent to you on successful completion of the project via email or Google Drive.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy – Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unhappy with the product or service you are receiving at any time. Where appropriate we will be happy to give you a full or partial refund, depending on how far along the project has progressed. If a project is already started we will be able to refund you the outstanding balance remaining for your project minus any costs we have incurred. Refunds are not available for work that has been approved. If you want a refund or partial refund for work please tell us within 14 days of delivery. We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.
